Wes Kingsley is part of the management at company based in Atlanta, USA. During a visit to SeaWorld in Florida Wes gets overcome by the Killer Whales and their tricks. When Wes approaches the whale instructors about how they teach the whales to perform these acrobatics he gets an unexpected answer: ”It’s all about getting the whales to understand that they have done something good – we usually say ”good job” or jokingly, ”whale done!”
Wes becomes very curious about this ”whale done!” method. ”Is this something I could use to increase the work environment and therefore achieve better results?”
